- make sure you're running a proper working clockworkmod-recovery trwp or 4ext recovery
- s-off
- boot into recovery
- do a data wipe / factory reset
- wipe cache and dalvik cache
- flash .zip from sdcard
- flash gapps zip from sdcard
- reboot
